The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client`s use of the services.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Colombia.

6. Termination

This contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.
